Kramat Raya No. 7-9 Jakarta Pusat 10450 Telp. 021 – 31904598 Fax. 021 – 31904599 Email : bundaeuis97@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan motivasi 10 menit memengaruhi minat belajar mahasiswa program studi Administrasi Bisnis Politeknik LP3I Jakarta. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa program studi Administrasi Bisnis Tahun Akademik 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 105 orang, dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 40 orang mahasiswa. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh variabel motivasi 10 menit (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa (Y) dimana koefisien korelasi adalah 0,376 atau sama dengan 37,6% (cukup kuat). Kata kunci : motivasi, minat belajar mahasiswa ABSTRACT This research is intended to analyze the implementation of 10 minutes motivation to influence the interest of the students of Business Administration Program Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. The research population is all students of Academic Year Academic Year study program 2017/2018 which amounted to 105 people, and sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 40 students. From the result of the research, it is found that 10 min (X) has a significant influence on student learning interest (Y) where the correlation coefficient is 0.376 or equal to 37.6% (strong enough).
