Summary This study aims to evaluate the effect of upper- and lower-extremity resistance
programs on serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor, myostatin, endostatin and
follistatin in sedentary male students. Our data have revealed that upper- and lower-extremity
resistance trainings result in favorable alterations in serum levels of ES, VEGF, FS and MSTN In
sedentary students.
