This conditon can be exacerbated if there is gender dis- criminaton, which causes diferences in the distributon of wages for workers. This study aims to identfy wage discriminaton between the genders of informal sector workers. The independent variables of this study consist of educaton, age, training, incentves, gender and type of work. The gender wage rato and gender productvity rato were estmated simultaneously using the non-linear logistc regression method. This study found evidence of wage discriminaton against women in the informal sector. Educaton and training contribute positvely to equal pay between women and men. Keywords: Discriminaton; Informal Sector; Wage Gap ABSTRAK Tingkat upah yang diterima pekerja di sektor informal cenderung lebih rendah diband- ingkan pekerja di sektor formal. Kondisi ini dapat diperparah jika terjadi diskrimina- si gender yang menyebabkan perbedaan tngkat upah yang diberikan kepada peker- ja. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentfkasi diskriminasi upah antar gender pada pekerja sektor informal. Variabel bebas penelitan ini terdiri dari pendidikan, umur, pelathan, insentf, jenis kelamin dan jenis pekerjaan. Rasio upah gender dan rasio produktvitas gender diperkirakan secara bersamaan menggunakan metode regresi logistk non-linear. Penelitan ini menemukan bukt adanya diskriminasi upah terhadap perempuan di sektor informal. Pendidikan dan pelathan memberikan kon- tribusi positf terhadap remunerasi yang setara antara perempuan dan laki-laki.
