Trata-se de levantamento da literatura na base de dados SciELO (2010-2015). Os objetivos foram compreender como se dá essa relação e a ética no Ensino Superior e apresentar os aspectos que se destacaram e, por conseguinte, analisar os resultados dos métodos aplicados para identifcar a relevância dessa relação e de como se manifesta a ética no Ensino Superior. Os resultados demons- tram que a relação professor aluno no Ensino Superior realmente se faz necessária e que essa relação tem como base a ética. Nesse sentido, a aprendizagem acontece se há a existência de uma boa relação entre ambos. O tema é relevante para nortear o aspecto do docente e levar a refexão social dessa categoria mediante as práticas e contemplando a ética no que se refere à temática. The teacher-student relationship and the ethics in Higher Education Abstract: This article aims to refect and discuss questions about the teacher-student re- lationship and ethics in Higher Education. This is a survey of the literature in the Scielo Database (2010-2015). The objectives were to understand how this relation and ethics in Higher Education occur and to present the aspects that stood out and, therefore, to analyze the results of the applied methods to identify the relevance of this relationship and how ethics manifests itself in Higher Education. The results show that the relation between student teachers in Higher Education really is necessary and that this relation is based on ethics, in this sense, learning happens if there is a good relationship between both. The theme is relevant to guide the teacher’s side and lead the social refection of this category through the practices and contemplating the ethics with regard to the theme.
