Departemen Teknik Pertambangan Universitas Hasanuddin Email: marwansyah192@yahoo.com SARI Dalam kegiatan penambangan sangat diperlukan analisis kelayakan ekonomis untuk mendapatkan nilai ekonomis dari pengadaan alat muat dan alat angkut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghitung biaya beli, sewa alat muat dan alat angkut serta menganalisis nilai ekonomis antara beli, sewa dari alat muat dan alat angkut. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang digunakan berupa data target produksi, harga beli, harga sewa alat angkut dan alat muat, biaya produksi, biaya maintenance dan gaji operator, kemudian diolah menggunakan persamaan Net Present Value untuk mendapatkan nilai ekonomis biaya beli, sewa alat muat dan alat angkut. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh harga beli alat muat dump truck Hino 500 FM260 per unit sebesar Rp. 1.000.000.000 dan alat angkut excavator Komatsu PC200 per unit sebesar Rp. 1.675.000.000, excavator Volvo EC330B per unit sebesar Rp. 2.200.000.000, sedangkan harga sewa alat muat dump truck Hino FM260 per unit sebesar Rp. 549.600.000 dan alat angkut excavator Komatsu PC200 per unit sebesar Rp. 577.500.000, excavator Volvo EC330B per unit sebesar Rp. 735.000.000. Maka diperoleh nilai NPV alternatif beli sebesar Rp. 20.708.505.510 dan nilai NPV alternatif sewa sebesar Rp. 9.709.878.363. Dari hasil tersebut dinyatakan bahwa kedua alternatif layak dijalankan karena telah memenuhi syarat kelayakan investasi berdasarkan NPV. ABSTRACT In mining activities, it is essential to do economic feasibility analysis to examine the economic value of loading and transportation equipment procurement. This research aimed at calculating the purchasing cost, procurement rental cost of loading and transportation equipment and analysing the comparison of purchasing and rental cost of loading equipment and conveyance equipment. The data of this research was obtained from production target data, purchasing price, rental price of loading and conveyance, production cost, maintenance cost, and operator salary. The obtained data were analysed using Net Present Value equation. This was to find out the economic value comparison between purchasing and renting equipment. The result of the analysis indicated that the purchasing price of loading equipment dump truct Hino 500 FM260 was Rp. 1,000,000,000 per unit, for conveyance equipment excavator Komatsu PC200 was Rp. 1,675,000,000per unit, for excavator Volvo EC330B the price per unit was 2,200,000,000. Meanwhile the rental price for dump truck Hino FM260 was 549,600,000 per unit and the conveyance equipment excavator Komatsu PC200 was Rp.577,000,000 per unit, whereas excavator Volvo EC330B was Rp. 735,000,000 per unit. So, the NPV purchasing alternative value was Rp.20,708,505,510 and the NPV rental alternative was Rp.9,709,878,363. The result showed that both alternatives were feasible because they meet the investment feasibility according to NPV.
