Pasar adalah pasar yang menjual berbagai jenis produk dalam satu kawasan. Awalnya, keberadaan PUD. Pasar memberikan dampak positif dari segi sosial dan ekonomi bagi para pedagang pasar. Namun saat ini memberikan dampak negatif dari segi ekonomi. Masalah yang dikaji adalah bagaimana keberadaan PUD. Pasar Serta Retribusi Terhadap Kesejahteraan pedagang di Pasar petisah kota Medan. Pada fenomena yang terjadi ini, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti tentang Analisis keberadaan PUD. Pasar Serta Retribusi Terhadap Kesejahteraan Pedagang Pasar Petisah. Dalam hal ini pengelolaan PUD. Pasar dan Retribusi sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan di pasar petisah, dengan terciptanya pasar sejahtera banyak masyarakat lebih memilih pasar tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian Kualitatif, yaitu berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang- orang dan pelaku yang dapat diamati. Data ini diperoleh dari Studi Pustaka, Wawancara dan observasi untuk mengetahui keberadaan Pedagang pasar petisah kota medan.
