The Highway Routes System (DHR-System): Droneports and Hydroneports Network and Networking Platform 2023 The Highway Routes System (DHR-System: Droneports and Hydroneports Network and Networking Platform Mario Arturo Ruiz Estrada Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Malaya, 50603 KL, Malaysia Email: marioruiz@um.edu.my Tel: +6012-68502 Abstract: The technical report will introduce an application to deal with the massive drones' or hydrones departures, navigation, fly, and landing in different destinations. We propose the highway routes system (DHR-System) that depends on the interconnectivity between G5, modern hardware internet system and a specialized software to create a sophisticated and easy uses application to using in any electronic device for drones and hydrones users worldwide, firms, and consumers. Therefore, we can control the routes of commercial and military drones and hydrones in any city or inter-states level. The main requirement to use the DHR-System is a license extended by a private-public institution to control the uses of drones and hydrones technically and legally. At the same time, a better control to avoid accidents from the departure until the landing, respectively. The DHR-System has used a multi-dimensional coordinate space, a MD mapping system that adapts an artificial intelligence (AI) system under the application of a complex algorithm. The implementation of the DHR-System requests the creation of "Droneports ang Hydroneports" on top of buildings or ports in restricted areas to avoid massive traffic jams, emergency landings, and possible massive accidents.
