ALAN CÉSAR BELO ANGELUCI Permanent professor at the Postgraduate Program in Communication (PPGCOM), Education (PPGE) and at the Graduate Program in Social Communication at the Municipal University of São Caetano do Sul (USCS). He developed postdoctoral studies at the Department of Radio-Television-Film at the University of Texas at Austin (USA). Holds a PhD in Sciences with emphasis on Electronic Systems by the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (EPUSP). He completed a sandwich doctorate at the University of Brighton, England, through the Science without Borders program (CNPq). He is Master in Digital Television by the Faculty of Architecture, Arts and Communication of the São Paulo State University (UNESP). He is the leader of Smart Media & Users group, registered in the CNPq research groups directory. In this article, he contributed to the conception of the research design; development of theoretical discussion; support in proofreading and revision of the foreign language version.
