The purpose of this study was to find out the management of the implementation of guidance and counseling advocacy services at the modern Islamic boarding school Al Furqon Banjarmasin. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with research subjects including school principals, teacher guidance, and students. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the management of the implementation of counseling advocacy services at the Al Furqon Banjarmasin modern Islamic boarding school is carried out in the following stages: (1) Planning; (2) Organizing; (3) Service implementation; (4) Assessment/evaluation; (5) Follow-up language in labour. The role of the counseling teacher is involved in the entire advocacy service process by planning program services, then providing assistance before providing services, organizing service elements and facilities, implementing service delivery, conducting evaluations, developing follow-up strategies and preparing reports for all services. The evaluation is carried out by evaluating the stages in the advocacy service so that it can be used as material for consideration in making adjustments to the service process. The follow-up strategy in the management of the implementation of advocacy services is by utilizing the results of the evaluation and then from this analysis then preparing an activity plan then compiling a work plan. the difficulties experienced by teachers in managing the implementation of advocacy counseling services are the lack of information provided by students regarding matters needed in solving client problems, the unavailability of evaluation tools for program implementation, the problem is that I am a student, minwa Limited hours of study require management time to compile, implement, assess, analyze and follow up. Keywords: Management, implementation, advocacy. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah tentang Manajemen Implementasi Layanan Advokasi Bimbingan Konseling Di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al Furqon Banjarmasin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajeman implementasi layanan advokasi bimbingan konseling di pondok pesantren modern Al Furqon Banjarmasin. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen implementasi layanan advokasi bimbingan konseling di pondok pesantren modern Al Furqon Banjarmasin dilakukan dengan tahapan: (1)Perencanaan; (2)Pengorganisasian; (3)Pelaksanaan layanan; (4)Penilaian/evaluasi; (5)Tindak lanjut dan laporan. Peran serta guru BK adalah terlibat dalam seluruh proses layanan advokasi dengan merencanakan program layanan, kemudian melakukan identifikasi sebelum memberikan layanan, melakukan pengorganisasian unsur-unsur dan sarana layanan, melaksanakan pemberian layanan, melakukan evaluasi, menyusun strategi tindak lanjut dan menyusun laporan akhir keseluruhan layanan. Evaluasi yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengevaluasi tahapan-tahapan dalam layanan advokasi agar dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam melakukan penyesuaian proses pelayanan. Strategi tindak lanjut dalam manajemen implementasi layanan advokasi yakni dengan memanfaatkan hasil evaluasi dan kemudian dari analisis tersebut kemudian disusun rencana kegiatan tidak lanjut selanjutnya menyusun laporan. Kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru dalam manajemen implementasi layanan advokasi bimbingan konseling adalah minimnya informasi yang diberikan peserta didik terkait hal-hal yang
