Dalam pengurusan cuti ASN, instansi yang yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengurus urusan kepegawaian lingkungan Pemerintahan Kabupaten Toraja Utara yakni Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan, dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Masalah yang terjadi pada BKPP Kabupaten Toraja Utara mengenai masalah cuti pegawai yang akan diajukan ASN. Terkadang masih ada ASN yang belum memahami aturan cuti sehingga pada saat ASN datang ke kantor BKPP membawa berkas permohonan cutinya, pengajuannya tidak dapat diproses lebih lanjut disebabkan karena permohonan cutinya yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan cuti yang berlaku. Ketika ASN ingin mengajukan cuti tahunan, BKPP Bidang Diklat harus mencari satu persatu arsip cuti pegawai dalam bentuk buku agenda untuk mengetahui sisa cuti pegawai tersebut, kemudian BKPP membuatkan surat pengantar pengajuan cuti ASN, yang mana itu membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan cukup ribet sehingga pengurusan pengajuan cuti pegawai menjadi lebih lama. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pembuatan suatu sistem informasi cuti ASN sehingga pemrosesan pemberian cuti ASN lebih cepat dan tepat dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode waterfall yang memiliki tahapan mulai dari analisis, perancangan, implementasi dan pengujian. Hasil pengujian blackbox yang telah dilakukan semuanya berhasil atau tidak adanya kesalahan (error) dan hasil pengujian implementasi sistem menggunakan User Acceptance Test (UAT) sudah sangat baik digunakan oleh ASN dalam mengajukan cuti dengan memperoleh nilai persentase 87,99%. ABSTRACT In managing civil servant leave, the agency responsible for managing the environmental personnel affairs of the North Toraja Regency Government is the North Toraja Regency Personnel, Education, and Training Agency (BKPP). The problem that occurred at the North Toraja Regency BKPP regarding the issue of employee leave to be submitted by civil servants. Sometimes there are civil servants who do not understand the leave rules, so that when a civil servant comes to the BKPP office with his leave application, his application cannot be processed further because his leave application is not in accordance with the applicable leave rules. When a civil servant wants to apply for annual leave, the Education and Training Sector BKPP must look for the employee leave archives in the form of an agenda book to find out the remaining employee leave, then BKPP makes a cover letter for submitting civil servant leave, which takes a long time and is quite complicated so processing the application employee leave is longer. Therefore, it is necessary to create a civil servant leave information system so that the processing of giving civil servant leave is faster and more accurate. The method used in the development of this system is the waterfall method which has stages ranging from analysis, design, implementation and testing. The results of the blackbox testing that have been carried out are all successful or there are no errors (errors) and the results of testing the system implementation using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) have been very well used by civil servants in applying for leave by obtaining a percentage value of 87,99%.
