The number of pregnant mothers with low hemoglobin levels in the UPTD Health Center in Sumberjaya year 2016-2017 increased by 1.67% from 10.5% in 2016 to 12.17% in 2017. This research aims to determine the relations of hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in the trimester III with the anthropometry of newborn babies in the UPTD Health Center in Sumberjaya, Majalengka regency in 2018. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional design approach. The samples in this research were mothers who gave birth in the UPTD Health center of the Sumberjaya regency of Majalengka in February-April in 2018 as many as 54 people with accidental sampling techniques. Data analysis uses univariate analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with the Chi- Square test. The results showed that over half (51.9%) Newborns are abnormal anthropometry, a small part (25.9%) trimester III pregnant mothers are moderately anemic. There is a connection between the hemoglobin levels of the trimester III of pregnant mother with anthropometry newborn babies in UPTD Health center of the regency of Majalengka in 2018 = 0.001). For health officer need to motivate expectant pregnant mothers to conduct regular pregnancy screening, counseling about the consumption of Fe tablets and inform mothers to consult their complaints during pregnancy. And for expectant mothers to make contact with health officers each trimester corresponds to a standard of at least 1 time in the trimester I, 1 time in the trimester II and 2 times in the trimester III, consume a Fe tablet at least 90 tablets during pregnancy with Water or orange juice and avoid drinking with tea water, and consult a health officers if you have a complaint. Jumlah ibu hamil dengan kadar haemoglobin rendah di UPTD Puskesmas Sumberjaya tahun 2016-2017 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 1,67% yaitu dari 10,5% pada tahun 2016 menjadi 12,17% pada tahun 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar haemoglobin ibu hamil pada trimester III dengan antropometri bayi baru lahir di UPTD Puskesmas Sumberjaya Kabupaten Majalengka tahun 2018.
