INFOTECH journal ISSN : 2460-1861 (Print), 2615-4250 (Online) Vol. 9 No. 1, pp. 84-89 PENGARUH DIGITALISASI SURAT PERINTAH KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DEPARTEMEN PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT DI PT CENTRAL MEGA KENCANA Eri Dwi Suciaji 1 , Hermanto Widjaja 1 , Mohammad Heryansyah 1 , Lianna Wijaya 1* 1 Management Department, BINUS Online Learning, Universitas Bina Nusantara * Email: lianna.wijaya@binus.ac.id ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of the Internet of Things, Big Data, and Cyber-Physical Systems on the Product Development performance during the pandemic at PT Central Mega Kencana in order to provide recommendations that can be taken to improve the performance of the Product Development Department at PT Central Mega Kencana. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods by conducting a survey of 218 employees from the Product Development Department. The analysis method uses the SmartPLS 3.2.7 method. The results show that the Internet of Things, Big Data, and Cyber-Physical Systems have positive and significant influences on the performance of the Product Development Department. Digitalization contributes to increasing efficiency, improving quality of life, and enable better management. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Internet of Things, Big Data, dan Cyber Physical System terhadap kinerja Product Development selama pandemi di PT Central Mega Kencana untuk memberikan rekomendasi langkah yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan kinerja Product Development PT Central Mega Kencana. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan survei kepada karyawan pada departemen Product Development di PT Central Mega Kencana sebanyak 218 orang. Metode analisis menggunakan metode SmartPLS 3.2.7. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Internet of Things, Big Data, dan Cyber Physical System memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja departemen Product Development PT Central Mega Kencana. Digitalisasi memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, dan memungkinkan pengelolaan yang lebih baik.
