บทวิทยาการ Original Article การเรียนรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์: การสะท้อนประสบการณ์การฝึก ภาคสนามของนักศึกษาทันตแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ Learning Through Experience: Dental Students’ Reflection on Community-Based Health Promotion Course ศศิธร ไชยประสิทธิ์, ปิยะนารถ จาติเกตุ, ทรงวุฒิ ตวงรัตนพันธ์, ธิดาวรรณ วิวัฒนคุณูปการณ์, พัชราวรรณ ศรีศิลปนันทน์, วิชัย วิวัฒนคุณูปการณ์, อติศักดิ์ จึงพัฒนาวดี ภาควิชาทันตกรรมครอบครัวและชุมชน คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ Sasitorn Chaiprasitti, Piyanart Chatiketu, Songvuth Tuongratanaphan, Tidawan Wiwatkunupakan, Patcharawan Srisilapanan, Wichai Wiwatkhunupakan, Atisak Chuengpattanawadee Department of Family and Community Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, Chiang Mai University, Chiang Mai, Thailand ชม. ทันตสาร 2557; 35(1) : 131-140 CM Dent J 2014; 35(1) : 131-140 บทคัดย่อ ทันตกรรมชุมชนชุมชนปฏิบัติ เป็นกระบวนวิชาบังคับ ที่จัดขึ้นส�าหรับนักศึกษาทันตแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 6 เพื่อเรียนรู ้การ ปฏิบัติงานในชุมชนภายใต้แนวคิดการส่งเสริมสุขภาพแนว ใหม่ ซึ่งที่ผ่านมายังไม่มีการประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ อย่างเป็นระบบ การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ คือ เพื่อเรียนรู้ประสบการณ์ที่นักศึกษาได้รับภายหลังจาก การฝึกปฏิบัติงาน และประเมินผลที่ได้รับจากการจัดการ เรียนการสอน โดยเป็นการศึกษาด้วยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผ่านเรื่องเล่าที่นักศึกษาเห็นว่ามีความส�าคัญต่อชีวิตซึ่งเรียน รู้ผ่านการฝึกปฏิบัติงาน รวบรวมข้อมูลตั้งแต่ปีการศึกษา 2553-2555 จ�านวน 255 เรื่อง ท�าการจัดหมวดหมู ่และ วิเคราะห์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและประเด็นส�าคัญ จาก การศึกษาพบว่าการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู ้ของกระบวน Abstract Background: A Community-Based Health Promotion Course is a practical-based curricu- lum. This course provided the sixth year dental students to ‘work with’ people in rural communi- ties. Purposes of study are to gain insight into the experiences of dental students and explore learn- ing outcomes and benefts students reported. It is a qualitative study. Students were assigned to write 1 or 2 specifc events and conditions that were signifcant meanings for them.
