The archives produced by the government at the village level as the lowest regional government need to be managed carefully and thoroughly. Management of archives at the government of the village level will be felt by the residents of the village community and the government itself. Community service activities in Serua village, Ciputat district, are aimed at providing training and mentoring on the government of the village administration records management. The methodused in the form of archiving is dynamic, inactive, and static according to the classification system that has been provided by the Banten provincial archive center. Community service activities also train archives storage methods to the archive shelf according to archival science standards. The results of training and mentoring activities are that archives at the government of Serua village are organized systematically, so that the government of Serua village and the community can access the archive easily and quickly. Keywords: archives, archives management,village government archives management ABSTRAK Arsip merupakan data penting yang perlu dikelola oleh setiap organisasi atau institusi, pemerintah maupun swasta. Termasuk arsip yang dihasilkan oleh pemerintah di level kelurahan sebagai pemerintahan daerah yang paling rendah.Arsip yang diterima dan dikeluarkan perlu dikelola dengan cermat dan teliti. Pengelolaan arsip di tingkat kelurahan manfaatnya akan dirasakan oleh warga masyarakat kelurahan dan pihak kelurahan sendiri. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di kelurahan Serua kecamatan Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan bertujuan memberikan pelatihan serta pendampingan tentang pengelolaan arsip pemerintahan kelurahan. Metode yang digunakan berupa pemilahan arsip dinamis, inaktif, dan statis sesuai sistem klasifikasi yang sudah disediakan oleh pusat arsip propinsi Banten. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat juga melatih cara penyimpanan arsip sampai ke dalam rak arsip sesuai standar ilmu kearsipan. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan adalah arsip yang ada di level kelurahan Serua tertata secara sistematis, sehingga pihak pemerintah kelurahan Serua dan masyarakat dapat mengakses arsip dengan mudah dan cepat.
