The research examines the impact of organizational culture on recruitment and selection practices in public and private firms in Ghana by reviewing and blending significant literature. The paper reviews existing literature on corporate culture, recruitment and selection procedures, and whether organizational culture influences public and private firms' recruitment and selection process in Ghana. The research found that organizational culture on the recruitment and selection process illustrates the positive relationship between culture and recruitment and selection positively affecting public and private firms' recruitment and selection practices. Therefore, the study recommends producing an operative cultured environment where managers and workers feel at home, undoubtedly leading to effective and vibrant recruitment and selection practices.
