The community is required to carry out individual activities not to communicate directly, this makes it very difficult for people to carry out various activities. Internet-based face-to-face online activities are a very helpful solution in the midst of a pandemic like this, starting from office activities, schools, lectures, and even talking with family, digital technology is not spared. There are several applications that are used to carry out face-to-face online activities, namely google meet, zoom meet, and discord, in carrying out these online activities there is a network traffic parameter that can be done, one of which is using QoS (Quality of Service). perform network performance analysis, in the QoS method there are several elements of measurement ranging from throughput, packet loss, delay and jitter. The object of this research is to analyze network conditions in real time, the data is taken using several network providers, then calculated in order to get a good network quality so that it can find out which network provider can be used to carry out face-to-face activities online. Research data is taken in the morning at 08.00 to 10.00 then in the afternoon at 12.00 to 14.00 from the whole research, the results obtained on the use of the discord application using the Biznet provider, the morning session is 08.00 to 08.30 getting a throughput of 4939 Kbps and during the day at 12.30 to 13.00 with a throughput of 5887 Kbps. then the largest percentage of packet loss is in the use of the google meet application using the Biznet provider during the afternoon session at 12.00 to 12.30 getting packet loss of 10.0% even though it is included in the largest percentage but is still in the good category. The biggest delay and jitter occur when using the discord application during the daytime session at 13.00 to 13.30 using the xl provider to get a delay of 108 m/s, jitter is 108 m/s but the delay is still in the very good category but for the jitter it is in moderate condition . in addition to the results mentioned earlier in all applications and 5 providers of morning and afternoon sessions, the parameters measured still meet the TIPHON standard and are included in the very good and good category. Abstrak Indonesia dan seluruh dunia tahun ini mengalami kejadian yang tak terlupakan yaitu pandemi covid-19, pandemi covid- 19 sangat mempengaruhi seluruh aktivitas kegiatan mulai dari kegiatan sosial, bekerja, sekolah, dan berbagai aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan keramaian.
