This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in the production division of PT. Price Transdos Engineering South Tangerang City. Methods. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 51 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Findings. This study gives the results that organizational commitment has a positive and partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a Tcount of 8.928 and a significance of 0.000, organizational climate has a positive and partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a Tcount of 6.696 and a significance of 0.000, organizational commitment and organizational climate. simultaneous positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the results of Fcount 99.20 and a significance of 0.000. Implication. Companies need to make a certain way or policy so that employees feel part of the company which in the end they find it difficult to leave the company. This method can be like involving employees in various activities outside of the employee's routine work. Such as social events and other events outside of routine work, so employees feel involved by the company which can ultimately lead to feelings of being part of the company. Keywords. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada divisi produksi PT. Price Trandos Engineering Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sementara teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan hasil T hitung 8,928 dan signifikansi 0,000, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan hasil T hitung 6,696 dan signifikansi 0,000, komitmen organisasi dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan hasil F hitung 99,20 dan signifikansi 0,000. Implikasi. Perusahaan perlu membuat sebuah cara atau kebijakan tertentu agar karyawan merasa menjadi bagian dari perusahaan yang pada akhirnya mereka merasa sulit untuk
