Finding shows that digit-stress has signifcant relationship with employee’s behavior outcomes as hyper- tasky, job demand and job control all showed a positive signifcant correlation with presenteeism and job dissatisfaction. Based on the results, the study recommends that employee’s job should periodically be reengineered, enriching its content to arouse their satisfaction on the job, and streamline tasks upfront so they can have time to complete them without undue pressure.
