The purpose of this study was to produce CTL-based worksheets and to determine the validity of the worksheets against the designed worksheets. This study uses the type of research and development with Borg and Gall model. The steps used for LKS research and development include: conducting research and gathering information, making plans, developing preparations of product forms and carrying out preliminary field testing. This worksheet has characteristics in the delivery of material and learning activities. This LKS applies the CTL approach, so the LKS is made by taking into account the characteristics of the contextual approach. The validity of the LKS by material experts obtained a percentage of 85.4%, and the validation of media experts obtained a percentage of 100%, with the overall criteria being very valid, the Contextual Teaching and Learning-Based LKS is very feasible to be used or tested. Keywords: worksheet, contextual, mathematics, elementary school Abstrak Lembar kerja siswa yang terdapat di sekolah - sekolah umumnya berisi ringkasan materi dan latihan soal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan LKS Berbasis CTL serta untuk mengetahui kevalidan LKS terhadap LKS yang didesain. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan model Borg and Gall. Langkah- langkah yang digunakan untuk penelitian dan pengembangan LKS, meliputi: melakukan penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, membuat perencanaan, mengembangkan persiapan bentuk produk dan melaksanakan pengujian lapangan pendahuluan. LKS ini mempunyai karakteristik pada penyampaian materi dan kegiatan pembelajaran. LKS ini menerapkan pendekatan CTL, maka LKS dibuat dengan memperhatikan karakteristik pendekatan kontekstual. Kevalidan LKS oleh ahli materi memperoleh persentase 85,4%, dan validasi ahli media memperoleh persentase 100%, dengan kriteria keseluruhan sangat valid maka LKS Berbasis Contextual Teaching And Learning sangat layak untuk digunakan atau diujicobakan.
