Rajčić Stručni rad Društveno poticana stanogradnja u Hrvatskoj U članku se daju informacije o propisima Sabora Republike Hrvatske (Zakon), Vlade RH i drugih tijela koje se odnose na društveno poticanu stanogradnju. Opisuje se uloga pojedinih tijela i institucija te daju podaci o izvorima sredstava za financiranje toga oblika izgradnje stanova. Izneseni su podaci o tome tko ima pravo kupnje takovih stanova i način ostvarivanja toga prava. Objašnjeni su elementi donesenog Programa i dani su podaci o tome što je do sada ostvareno od Programa. Rajčić Professional paper Subsidized residential construction in Croatia Decisions about public support to residential construction in Croatia, as made by the Parliament of the Republic of Croatia (Law), Government of the Republic of Croatia and other competent authorities, are presented in the paper. The role of individual bodies and institutions is described, and the information about sources for funding this form of housing construction is provided. The author indicates who is entitled to purchase such apartments and in which way such rights can be realized. The elements of the Program created to this effect are outlined, and the information about current realization of the Program is provided. Rajčić Ouvrage professionel Mesures d’incitation à la construction de logements en Croatie L’article fournit des renseignements sur les décisions du Parlement de la République de Croatie (loi), du gouvernement de la République de Croatie et des autres institutions, relatives aux mesures d’incitation à la construction de logements. On décrit le rôle de différents organismes et institutions, avec les indications sur les sources de financement de cette forme de construction de logements. On précise qui a le droit d’acheter de tels logements, ainsi que le modalités de réalisation de ce droit. On explique les éléments du Programme établi, ainsi que les éléments du Programme déjà réalisés. Описывается роль отдельных тел и институций, а также предоставляются данные об источниках средств для финансирования того вида жилищногo строительства. Вынесены данные о том, кто имеет право на покупку квартир и способ осуществления этого права. Объяснены элементы вынесенной Программы и представлены данные о том, что из той Программы осуществлено до настоящего времени. Rajčić Fachbericht Gesellschaftlich angeregter Wohnungsbau in Kroatien Im Artikel gibt man Auskunft über die Entschlüsse des Parlaments der Republik Kroatien (Gesetz), deren Regierung und anderer Institutionen, die sich auf den gesellschaftlich angeregten Wohnungsbau beziehen. Man beschreibt die Rolle einzelner Institutionen und gibt Angaben über die Quellen der Mittel für die Finanzierung dieser Form des Wohnungsbaus. Ausgelegt sind Angaben darüber wer das Recht hat eine solche Wohnung zu kaufen, sowie die Weise der Realisierung dieses Rechts. Es sind die Elemente des Programms erklärt und angegeben was bis jetzt vom Programm verwirk-licht wurde.
