The existence of slack for activities in the new normal era makes the AR Bakery home industry have a new production strategy in the face of a surge in consumer purchases. The existence of these problems, the researcher aims to determine the application of production planning in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of production in the new normal era in the Home industry AR Bakery Nganjuk. This study uses a research method with a descriptive quantitative approach with interview data collection techniques and sales data documentation during the 2021 period. An analysis of the calculation of the aggregate method will be carried out using the level strategy, chase strategy and mix strategy. Based on the results of the analysis and interpretation, it can be concluded that: the aggregate level strategy method has a fixed labor efficiency, 34.2% cost efficiency, 0% efficiency, and 0.28% effectiveness; the chase strategy hire and layoff has 50.2% cost efficiency, 0.49% time efficiency and 0.28% effectiveness; subcontract chase strategy has 20% labor efficiency, 45.3% cost efficiency, 20% time efficiency and 0.22% effectiveness; mix strategy overtime has 40.2% cost efficiency, time efficiency is less than 5.15% and effectiveness is 0.30% and overtime mix strategy with layoff has 20% labor efficiency, 51.8% cost efficiency, 1.63% time efficiency and 0.27% effectiveness . So that the AR Bakery home industry can apply the overtime aggregate production planning method by using 5 workers with lower cost effectiveness and sufficient production effectiveness.
