The mediating role of rewards and benefits is also explored in this research. Method/Design: Quantitative research design has been selected in this study and the data was collected using the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey was conducted from the employees and managers of banks of Pakistan. The sample for the study is considered to be 250 employees and managers from different banks such as HBL, UBL, Bank Alhabib, Meezan bank and Faysal bank. The data collected from the sample is investigated using SMART PLS through structural equation modelling. Findings: The findings revealed that the factors considered for the data collection and analysis are reliable and valid. Furthermore, the path assessment indicated that the higher satisfaction of the employees towards their ability utilisation, creativity and working condition lead towards higher organisation performance. It has also revealed that rewards and benefits mediate this relationship significantly. Contribution: The research contributed to current state of literature by elaborating the mediating role of the rewards and benefits between the satisfaction of employees and performance. There are not yet any research that explored this relationship and hence provide contribution to current literature and theory. Future Implication: Future studies can consider those factors such as employee commitment, employee engagement, and work life balance and job burnout. The mixed method research design can also be considered by future studies to expand the findings of the current research. Keywords: Job satisfaction, organisation performance, rewards and benefits
