Bontononpo, Gowa Regency. One of the efforts to improve the nutrition of breastfeeding mothers is by consuming additional food. Moringa plant (Moringa oleifera) is a local food ingredient that has the potential to be developed in the culinary arts of nursing mothers as an additional food, because it contains phytosterol compounds that function to increase and facilitate breast milk production (laktagogum effect). The people of South Sulawesi in general and Barembeng Village in particular have long known Moringa plants as food that can be processed as daily food as a complementary side dish. Unfortunately, the surrounding community does not fully know how to manage this Moringa plant into processed food ingredients. Therefore, the use of Moringa leaves as an alternative food for breastfeeding mothers, can be the most appropriate solution for the community, especially breastfeeding mothers in increasing milk production so that babies in Barembeng Village can get an increase in nutritional quality). The expected outputs from this activity are: 1) Baby's Nutritional Quality is increasing with the existence of Alternative Breastfeeding Foods for breastfeeding mothers, namely Non-MSG Breastfeeding Boosters, 2) People can use Moringa leaves as raw material for alternative food processing, Non-MSG Breastfeeding Boosters, 3) Can develop and empower village communities independently and sustainably to use alternative ingredients from Moringa plants, 4) Increase village community income through food/food processing technology. Keywords: ASI Booster; Non-MSG; Moringa Leaves Abstrak Pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi bayi 0-6 bulan melalui Air Susu Ibu (ASI) bagi bayi dengan ASI eksklusif mejadi isu penting di Desa Barembeng Kec. Bontononpo Kab Gowa. Salah satu usaha untuk memperbaiki gizi ibu menyusui salah satunya dengan mengkonsumsi makanan tambahan. Tanaman kelor (Moringa oleifera) merupakan bahan makanan lokal yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan dalam kuliner ibu menyusui sebagai makanan tambahan, karena mengandung senyawa fitosterol yang berfungsi meningkatkan dan memperlancar produksi ASI (efek laktagogum). Masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan pada umumnya dan Desa Barembeng pada khususnya sudah sejak lama mengenal tumbuhan kelor sebagai makanan yang dapat diolah sebagai makanan sehari-hari sebagai lauk pelengkap.
