The driver who buys the other person's account is then used by some drivers to commit crimes. This research problem is how the practice of the cause of the sale and purchase of Go-Jek oelh accounts of drivers and the legal consequences of sellers and buyers against the sale and purchase of Go-Jek accounts by Drivers in Pekalongan City. The results of this study show the legal consequences caused by the sale and purchase of Go-jek accounts, namely the sale and purchase of Go-jek accounts, there is an element of gharar. In buying and selling Gojek accounts, the sale and purchase harm other parties, namely Go-Jek consumers and Go-Jek companies can provide unexpected consequences. Based on the Civil Code on Partnership, Go-Jek companies are also entitled to sanction drivers who buy and sell Go- Jek accounts if the account owner as a partner violates the provisions in the partnership agreement, then the application company can sanction according to the agreement, in order to protect the interests of the application user community. Keywords: Buy and sell, Gojek accounts, Islamic law Abstrak Maraknya praktik jual beli akun ojek online di Pekalongan, para penjual akun ojek online menjual akun ojek onlinenya. Pengemudi yang membeli akun orang lain tersebut, kemudian dimanfaatkan oleh beberapa pengemudi untuk melakukan kejahatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field-research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana praktik penyebab terjadinya jual beli akun Go-jek oelh para driver dan akibat hukum penjual dan pembeli terhadap jual beli akun Go-Jek oleh para Driver di Kota Pekalongan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan dengan adanya jual beli akun Go-jek yaitu jual beli akun Go-jek terdapat unsur gharar. Dalam jual beli akun Gojek jual belinya merugikan pihak lain yaitu konsumen Go-jek dan perusahaan Go-jek dapat memberikan akibat yang tidak
