Abstract
Well-being may have been the subject of discussions in developed countries since
long; the issue is catching up in developing countries. More companies in India
are now looking at physical, emotional, and financial well-being. This chapter
deals well-being at the workplace with focus on the role of an individual – as an
employee and also as a distinct personality with various positive and negative
attributes.
