El trabajo pretende arrojar luz sobre las posibles res- tricciones a las que se podrían ver sometidos en este ámbito los miembros de la ju- dicatura con motivo del especial contenido de las funciones que desarrollan. Esta investigación hace especial hincapié en el impacto que las redes sociales pueden tener sobre el disfrute de este derecho por parte de jueces y magistrados. Abstract: This article proposes an analysis of the right to freedom of expression of judges and magistrates, from the perspective of human rights standards at the regional and international level, through the regulations and jurisprudential practice in this regard. The work aims to shed light on the possible restrictions to which members of the judiciary could be subjected in this area due to the special content of the functions they perform. This research emphasises on the impact that social networks may have on the enjoyment of this right by judges and magistrates.
