Corona virus is a new virus that has not been previously identified in humans, so it is called 2019 Novel Coronavirus or 2019-nCoV. With the WFH policy, almost all universities in Indonesia conduct online learning. The adaptation mechanism from face-to-face lectures to online lectures according to some theories can cause stress. Stress is the experience most often experienced in an academic environment, whether studying at the school or college level. This study found the relationship between online learning and stress levels during the Covid-19 pandemic in students of the Medical Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University Bandar Lampung Class of 2019. This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all students of the class of 2019 with a total of 136 people. The sample in this study was 102 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Analysis of the relationship using the chi square test. Respondents stated that online learning was not effective, namely 58 people (56.9%), not experiencing stress, namely 65 people (63.7%). The results showed that there was a relationship between online learning and stress levels during the Covid-19 pandemic in students of the Medical Study Program, Malahayati University, Bandar Lampung, Class of 2019 (p value 0.007, OR 3.63). There is a relationship between online learning and stress levels during the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Online learning, Stress level, Students Abstrak: Hubungan Antara Pembelajaran Dalam Jaringan (Daring) Dengan Tingkat Stres Selama Pandemi Covid-19 Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung Angkatan 2019. Virus Corona merupakan virus baru yang masih belum terindentifikasi pada manusia sebelumnya, sehingga disebut 2019 Novel Coronavirus atau 2019-nCoV. Dengan adanya kebijakan WFH hampir semua perguruan tinggi di Indonesia melakukan pembelajaran Daring. Mekanisme adaptasi dari perkuliahan secara tatap muka menjadi perkuliahan Daring menurut beberapa teori dapat menimbulkan stress. Stres merupakan pengalaman paling sering dialami dalam lingkungan akademik, baik yang sedang belajar di tingkat sekolah ataupun perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini diketahui hubungan antara pembelajaran Daring dengan tingkat stres selama pandemi Covid- 19 pada mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung Angkatan 2019.
