Evaluasi Kinerja Dosen dilaksanakan guna meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan tridarma pada suatu perguruan tinggi. Pada Universitas Dayanu Ikhsanuddin (Unidayan) khususnya di Fakultas Teknik, pengolahan data nilai Indeks Kinerja Dosen masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel, dimana memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan kurang akuratnya data disebabkan faktor human error dan dinilai kurang efektif dan efisien. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah membangun suatu sistem informasi yang dapat memudahkan pihak tim penilai kinerja dosen dalam mengolah dan memonitoring proses penilaian kinerja dosen khususnya di Fakultas Teknik Unidayan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode sistem berbasis aturan dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui pengamatan, wawancara, metode pustaka dan metode browsing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan data Indeks Kinerja Dosen Fakultas Teknik Unidayan. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Pengukuran, Unidayan. Abstract Lecturer Performance Index is the result of lecturer performance evaluation for one semester, through the Lecturer Performance Evaluation at the end of each semester. Lecturer Performance Evaluation is carried out in order to improve the quality of the implementation of tridarma in a tertiary institution. At Dayanu Ikhsanuddin University (Unidayan) especially in the Faculty of Engineering, lecturer Performance Index data processing is still done using Microsoft Excel application, which allows data to be inaccurate due to human error and is considered less effective and efficient. The purpose of this study is to build an information system that can facilitate the lecturer performance appraisal team in processing and monitoring the performance eva luation process of lecturers, especially in the Faculty of Engineering, Unidayan. This study uses a rule-based system method approach and data collection methods used, namely through observation, interviews, library methods and browsing methods. This research resulted in an information system that can simplify the data processing process of the Unidayan Faculty of Engineering Lecturer Performance Index.
