The single slice CT Scan Brand SIEMENS/Dura 302 MV in the Radiology unit of the Semara Ratih General Hospital, Tabanan Regency, Bali installed in November 2020 is a second-hand tool with the production year of 2012. Control is carried out at the time of acceptance (acceptance test) including testing of the index CT dose (CTDI) for the head, CT dose index (CTDI for the body, CT-Number of air, suitability of the slice table with all slice settings, table position indicator (z- axis), laser marker and in April 2021 carried out by the Facility Supervisory Agency Health (BPFK) Surabaya includes technical tests for generators and X-ray tubes (tube voltage accuracy test, X-ray beam quality test), image quality tests (CT number water accuracy test, CT number uniformity), and implementation of routine quality control of radiology equipment rarely carried out continuously to maintain the performance of the CT Scan aircraft. The tests that have been carried out obtained the average CT number value for water phantom in five different positions, all in the tolerance value range of -4 to 4 HU. Dry laser printer testing with results on a pattern of 0% has a test value that exceeds the standard so calibration is needed. In testing the checklist form that was carried out at the Radiology Unit of Semara Ratih General Hospital the results showed that all functions and buttons were still functioning properly. The results of the suitability test on a single slice CT Scan Machine Brand SIEMENS/Dura 302 MV at the Radiology Unit of the Semara Ratih General Hospital, Tabanan Regency, Bali were within normal limits except for the dry laser printer. Pesawat CT Scan single slice Merk SIEMENS/Dura 302 MV di unit Radiologi Rumah Sakit Umum Semara Ratih Kabupaten Tabanan Bali terpasang pada bulan November 2020 merupakan alat second hand dengan tahun produksi 2012. Pelaksanaan kendali dilakukan pada saat penerimaan (acceptance test) meliputi pengujian terhadap indeks dosis CT (CTDI) untuk kepala, indeks dosis CT (CTDI untuk badan, CT-Number udara, kesesuaian tabel slice dengan setting semua slice, indikator posisi meja (sumbu z), laser penanda dan pada bulan april 2021 yang dilakukan oleh Badan Pengawas Fasilitas Kesehatan (BPFK) Surabaya meliputi uji teknis generator dan tabung sinar-X (uji akurasi tegangan tabung, uji kualitas berkas sinar-X), uji kualitas citra (uji akurasi CT number air, keseragaman CT number), dan pelaksanaan kendali mutu rutin peralatan radiologi jarang dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan untuk menjaga kinerja pesawat CT Scan. Pengujian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh nilai rata rata CT number untuk water phantom pada lima posisi yang berbeda semua berada pada rentang nilai toleransinya yaitu -4 sampai 4 HU. Pengujian Dry laser printer dengan dengan hasil pada pattern 0% terdapat nilai uji yang melebihi standar sehingga diperlukan kalibrasi.
