Desember 2022 ABSTRACT This research titled as “News Hate Spin On Online Media (Analysis Content Of Hate Spin The Draft Law Direction On The Pancasila Ideology)”. Based on the background of research that online media are all types of media that can only be accessed and published via the internet online, both print media and electronic media used in the process of mass communication, and Hate Spin is deliberately created insult and offense, and is used as a political strategy that exploits group identities to mobilize supporters and suppress opponents. The draft law on the Pancasila ideology became a polemic, because there were articles that were deemed to be extorting Pancasila and also the exclusion of TAP MPRSNo.XXV / MPRS / 1996 concerning the dissolution of the communist party and prohibiting the teachings of communism / Marxism, which created a polemic that was prone to Hate Spin. This type of research uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques based on observations on the online news media page Terfakta.com and documentation to view news, pictures, and data on news published by Terfakta.com regarding the research that the author did. Hate spin can occur as news of the draft law on the ideology of pancasila because it is not known that it is the PDIP faction that chaired the meeting for the law, the the problem of the rise of the PKI was initiatedby the PDIP and led to the dissolution of the PDIP and the impeachment of Jokowi because Jokowi is a member of the PDIP. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengangkat judul “Pelintiran Kebencian Berita Pada Media Online (Analisis Isi Pelintiran Kebencian Rancangan Undang undang Haluan Ideologi Pancasila di Terfakta.com)”. Rancangan undang-undang haluan ideologi Pancasila menjadi polemik, karena terdapat pasal yang dianggap akan memeras Pancasila dan juga tidak dimasukkannya TAPMPRSNo.XXV/MPRS/1996 tentang pembubaran partai komunis dan melarang ajaran komunisme / marxisme, yang menimbulkan polemik sehingga rawan terjadinya pelintiran kebencian. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif serta teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi pada laman berita media online Terfakta.com dan dokumentasi untuk melihat berita, gambar, dan data serta akan dianalisis menggunakan teori analisis isi model Holsti pada berita yang diterbitkan Terfakta.com mengenai penelitian yang penulis lakukan. Pelintiran kebencian bisa terjadi berita rancangan undang-undang haluan ideologi Pancasila karena diketahui bahwa yang memimpin rapat untuk merancang undang- undang adalah fraksi PDIP, kemudian timbul lah isu kebangkitan PKI yang di anisiatori oleh PDIP serta mengarah kepada pembubaran PDIP serta pemakzulan jokowi sebagai presiden karena Jokowi adalah anggota partai PDIP.
