Herona Express merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pelayanan pengiriman barang melalui kereta api dan truck box. Pada fungsi Human Resources Development permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu semakin banyaknya pegawai perusahaan dengan total jumlah pegawai mencapai 650 orang, kegiatan bisnis yang kurang efektif dan efisien terkait proses penggajian pegawai, penilaian kinerja, perekturan pegawai, dan pengajuan izin cuti pegawai memungkinkan terjadinya redudancy data, tempat penyimpanan data yang kurang terpusat, dan kegiatan bisnis yang kurang optimal, maka diperlukan keselarasan antara SI dan TI. Pada fungsi pengadaan barang tidak adanya management pengadaan barang perusahaan. Sesuai dengan permasalahan yang terjadi maka perusahaan seharusnya memilik rancangan Enterprise Architecture. Aplikasi internal dan website merupakan usulan yang akan diguanakan untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis perusahaan. Analisis dan perancangan enterprise architecture menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM. TOGAF ADM merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk merancang enteprise archiecture. Proses perancangan menggunakan TOGAF ADM terdiri dari tahapan-tahapan yang dibutuhkan dalam pengembangan arsitektur enterprise meliputi Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions untuk mendukung rancangan enterprise yang menjadi target perusahaan. Hasil dari perancangan berupa model bisnis target yang diusulkan dan artefak dari masing-masing tahapan mulai dari Preliminary Phase sampai Technology Architecture. Perancangan enterprise architecture diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan. Kata Kunci : Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF ADM, Aplikasi Internal dan website, PT. Herona Express Abstract PT. Herona Express is a company that focus in delivery of services by rail and truck box. On the Human Resources Development function problems occurred that the growing number of employees the company with the total number of employees reaches 650 people, activities business that is less effective and efficient related process of employee payroll, performance appraisals, human resources development, and submitted employee permission allow redudancy data, place data storage less centralized, and activities business that is less optimal then required maintain a harmony between IS and IT. In procurement function, there is no management regarding procurement of goods. According to the problem, enterprise should have enterprise architecture planning. Internal applications and websites is the company used to support enterprise business process. Analysis and design of enterprise architecture using TOGAF ADM framework. TOGAF ADM is method used to design enteprise archiecture. The process of designing using TOGAF ADM consists of stages needed in the development of enterprise architecture includes the Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Technology architecture to support design of the target company's enterprise. The results of the design in the form of a business model proposed targets and artifacts from each of the stages from the Preliminary Phase to Technology Architecture that can be used as basis for the development of Enterprise Architecture in accordance with the company's business needs. Pendahuluan Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat memiliki pengaruh besar pada perusahaan dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam suatu perusahaan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dari desain sistem di perusahaan tersebut. Teknologi informasi menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dan terintegrasi dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan.
