Abstract
This study aims to determine the learning process and learning outcomes of
students during distance learning (DL) Sports Physical Education and Health at
SMA Negeri Jogoroto. This type of quantitative descriptive research with
survey techniques. The research subjects for class XI IPS are 137 students. The
results showed that the value of the learning process for the seriousness sub-
indicator obtained the highest percentage with a value of 95.2%, and the
attitude towards friends sub-indicator obtained the lowest percentage value
with a value of 61.6%. For the average value of the nine sub-indicators of the
questionnaire obtained a value of 82.5%. From the results of interviews with
subject teachers, it was found that the learning process used mobile phones
with the help of whatapp applications and google forms. The occupancy of the
questionnaire was 91%, namely 125 of the 137 students who filled it out.
While the value of learning outcomes obtained from the End of Year
Assessment, obtained a score of 54.7% did not meet the minimum
completeness criteria and 45.3% had met the minimum completeness criteria.
In this study, it was concluded that the learning process had been going well
even though there were several obstacles, while the learning outcomes had
not gotten the expected results. Because many students' scores are still below
the minimum completeness criteria, so there needs to be remedial activities
that must be carried out.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses belajar dan hasil belajar
peserta didik pada saat pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) PJOK di SMA Negeri
Jogoroto. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survey. Subjek
penelitian kelas XI IPS sebanyak 137 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian didapat
nilai proses pembelajaran sub indikator kesungguhan memperoleh
prosentase tertinggi dengan nilai 95,2%, dan sub indikator sikap kepada
teman memperoleh nilai prosentase terendah dengan nilai 61,6%. Untuk nilai
