Social work education prepares you to help individuals, families, and communities. After completing their studies, the majority of social work graduates in Karnataka face such issues in the field of social work. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to identify the problems of social work graduates in Karnataka. This paper describes the issues of social workers, social work graduates, and social work. The body of knowledge related to major problems facing social work graduates has implications for future efforts in the social work field. Key words: Social work, problems of social work graduates. Introduction: Graduates of social work strive to live a safe, inclusive, and fair life while also contributing to the development of society through social work knowledge and service. Social work is a broad term that encompasses a wide range of specialists who all work with people in need. Individuals, families, groups, and communities are the focus of social work, an academic subject and profession that aims to improve social functioning and general well-being. People in today's advanced technology and globalization world face a variety of concerns, particularly mental health issues, and social work can assist them in realizing their full potential through the use of their hands. There are numerous challenges that social workers face. In particular, those who have recently completed social work education for the purpose of getting a job in this more populous world find that educated youth are unemployed for a variety of reasons, including a lack of skills and knowledge, low pay, and the strongest criteria for job selection in a company.
