Revista de Psicología PRESENTACIÓN ANUAL ISSN 1990-6757 84 DESARROLLO DE HABILIDADES SOCIALES EN ADOLESCENTES TEMPRANOS DE EDUCACIÓN SECUNDARIA MEDIANTE UN DISEÑO 11 INSTRUCCIONAL 12 Morales Córdova, Hugo Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú RESUMEN Se aborda el estudio de los procedimientos a seguir para ejecutar y validar un diseño instruccional para el desarrollo de habilidades sociales en un grupo de adolescentes limeños de ambos sexos entre 14 y 15 años de edad, de cuarto grado de educación secundaria. El programa se ejecutó a través de la aplicación de 4 talleres de trabajo sistematizados en un diseño instruccional. Se trata de un estudio de tipo cuasi- experimental, con observaciones pre-test post-test y administración de la variable independiente de tratamiento (talleres), empleando grupos control y experimental equivalentes. No se obtuvieron diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre ambos grupos a través del programa, por lo cual no pudo validarse el diseño instruccional, sin embargo se señalan los procedimientos pertinentes a seguir para estudios semejantes. DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SKILLS IN EARLY ADOLESCENTS OF SECONDARY EDUCATION BY MEANS OF AN INSTRUCCIONAL DESIGN ABSTRACT The study about the procedures to be followed in under to carry out and validate an instructional design for the development of social skills in a group of teenagers from Lima has been approached. They were both males and females between 14 and 15 years of age in fourth year of Secondary School. The program was carried out through four systematized workshops in an instructional design. It is a study of a quasi – experimental type with pre and post-test observations and the administration of the independent variable of treatment (workshops) using control and experimental groups. Significative Statistical differences between both groups were not found throughout the program. This is the reason why the instructional design could not be validate. Never thelesi, the pertinent procedures to be followed were pointed out for similar studies.
