Perhaps most of the organizations want to adopt, modify, & improve their process through work simplifications, for differentiating themselves to achieve competitive advantage over other competitors. It could be possible through various methods/tools at their respective workplaces. Employee involvement and developing an employee team approach for process improvement is one of the possible alternatives to improve the efficiency management in working province. Adopting change-over in processes or making modification for better fitment at work place is another sustainable, affordable and manageable option. Intention to obtain best possible efficiency management with most comfortable environment is the final objective with most of the organizations. Contemporary empirical research approach is an attempt to identify the elementary aspects, a relationship model, which is directly affecting efficiency management unanimously. The paper attempted to explore the relationship between processes adopted in various organizations, time of work associated with the processes and efficiency management required in various business operational activities. These relationships have hidden influence of communication either adopted or utilized; this communication could be utilized in effective manner by introducing or implementing signs and symbols within the organization domain. The paper was able to explore that there is a significant influence of signs and symbols in a particular model, among three aspects; processes, time of work and efficiency in work. Key words: Process, Efficiency Management in work province, Sign & Symbols & Time of work Introduction: Human body is the best example of an extremely complex and most efficient process and efficiency management driven mechanism which is the origin of a system conceptually. This suggests that, from the ancient times civilizations are trying to understand and effectively use the system for its purposes. Now the same thing is emerged as a system in every part of the civilizations/societies. For example: Developing communities for satisfying individual or common needs -to-till today’s commercial activities all falls under the category of a system in some or the other way.
