A partir dessa data, adaptações têm sido realizadas para que os sistemas estejam adequados à nova Lei. Este trabalho apresenta uma revisão sobre estudos já publicados sobre os requisitos necessários para sistemas atenderem tal Lei e propõe uma estratégia com passos a serem observados. Mais especificamente, nossa pesquisa foca em estudar os requisitos necessários para a adequação do software IdeiaWare, e, por sua vez, usar esse aplicativo como exemplo para a aplicação da LGPD para softwares similares. Palavras-chave: LGPD; Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados; Software; Requisitos. ABSTRACT The LGPD (General Data Protection Act) entered into force in the year 2020. From that date, adaptations have been made for the systems to be in accordance with the new Act. This paper presents a revision about previously published studies on the requirements needed in order for systems to abide by such Act and proposes a strategy with steps that are to be taken into account. More specifically, our research focuses on studying the requirements needed for the adequacy of the software IdeiaWare, and, in turn, using this app as an example as to how to apply the LGPD in similar softwares.
