The advantages are having end products with various uses, the availability of large areas of land for cultivation, and the need for simple equipment. Lakambau Village has a fairly diverse economy. This can be seen from the livelihoods of the people who live in Lakambau Village who work as fishermen, government employees, farmers, business owners, seaweed cultivators, and other jobs. The method of implementing this activity is to use persuasion to the community. This activity will be carried out through lectures and discussions with village leaders and coastal communities about how to turn seaweed into new goods with higher economic value that are not only marketed as wet or dry seaweed. The results of this service indicate that there are problems with resource utilization, especially seaweed, which have not been managed optimally. Seaweed is harvested, then sold raw. Completion of the solution is seaweed processing training so that it can be processed by the community.
