This study aims to determine the effect

emotional quotient influences the employees
performance at UPTD Puskesmas Martapura
Kabupaten OKU Timur with a t-count value of
6.882. Slef-efficacy influences the employees
performance at UPTD Puskesmas Martapura
Kabupaten OKU Timur with a t-count value of
3.839. and Work family conflict influences the
employees performance at UPTD Puskesmas
Martapura Kabupaten OKU Timur with a t-count
value of 2.952.
