ABSTRACT Now a day Human Resource Practice has become vital issue for each and every business organization towards job satisfaction of the employees in order to improve their performance. There are different various HR Practices adopted by different organizations such as, Recruitment & Selection, compensation, health benefits, incentives, rewards, etc. in this research paper we have examinee the relationship between HR Practice and employee performance towards private sector organization. For this purpose we have identify three major HR Practices namely Incentives/Rewards, Retirement Benefits and Health &Wellness. The findings of the study clearly indicated that Retirement Benefits and Rewards/Incentives ahs great impact on the employee’s performance while Health &Wellness has not positive impact on the employee’s performance of private sector organizations. Conclusion and suggestion also given in systematic manne.
