PENDEKATAN MOTIVASI MC.CLELLAND TERHADAP KETEPATAN PENYELESAIAN STUDI MELALUI KOMITMEN PADA TUGAS Bambang Sutrisno, Mochammad Isa Anshori, Echsan Gani University of Trunojoyo Madura isa.anshori@trunojoyo.ac.id ABSTRACT Graduation is the end result of the learning process while attending college in college. Graduating properly in college is an obligation for every student. Student graduation is inseparable from the self- motivation possessed by the student concerned, and can complete the commitment to the task chosen as the focus of the study. This study aims to determine how McClleand's motivational approach to the accuracy of completion of studies through commitment to the task. The independent variables studied were Need For Achievement (X1), Need For Power (X2), Need For Affiliation (X3), Accuracy of Completion of Study (Z) as the dependent variable, while the intervening variable was Commitment to Task (Y). The research approach used in this study is quantitative with explanatory methods (explanatory research). The object of research is Management Student of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Trunojoyo Madura. The population in this study were all Management Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Trunojoyo Madura in the class of 2012-2013 totaling 333. This study used the Slovin formula so as to find a sample of 77 respondents. With the criteria of the selected sample are those who graduated exactly between semesters 7-8. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis show that the existence of Need For Achievement affects the Commitment to Tasks with a t test value of 0.327 and significance of (0.001) Need For Power has an effect on Commitment to Tasks with a t test value of 0.160 and significance (0.048), Need For Affiliation influences Commitment In Tasks with t test values of 0.489, and significance (0,000), Need For Achievement influences the accuracy of completion of studies with t test values of 0.173, and significance (0.005), Need For Power influences the accuracy of completion of studies with t test values of 0.102 and significance (0.031), Need For Affiliation has an effect on the accuracy of completion of the study the value of t test is 0.474 and significance (0,000), Need For Achievement, Need For Power, and Need For Affiliation have a simultaneous effect on commitment to the task, with test value f of 108,084 and significant at (0,000), Need For Achievement, Need For Pow er, Need For Affiliation and commitment to assignments simultaneously affect the accuracy of completion of studies. With a f test value of 288,859 and significance (0,000), Need For Achievement, Need For Power, and Need For Affiliation affect the timeliness of
