Development of self-capacity of an entrepreneur, at this time is very importan to be more competent in conducting business activities through training that supports entrepreneurial abilities. The problem that is often encountered, is that there are many young entrepreneurs in villages who are unable to interpret the importance of entrepreneurship which contains knowledge and creativity competence both in marketing products, managing business finances, managing business organizations and being able to adapt to technological advances. Through this PKM activity, the entrepreneurial youth of Teratak Village, Rumbio Jaya District, Kampar Regency can form an entrepreneurial spirit, namely self-confidence, optimism, discipline, motivation, leadership, likes challenges, responsibility and human relationships.
