The results of the study show that if capital expenditure (X1) and personnel expenditure (X2) are equal to 0, then Local Own Revenue (Y) will decrease. , the value of R is 0.928 which means that all independent variables have a relationship even though the relationship is very strong, and this is confirmed by the large value of the Adjusted R Square where 85.5% of the variable capital expenditure (X1) and personnel expenditure (X2) have a very strong influence on Regional Original Income (Y) as evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing. The capital expenditure variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Regional Original Income, because the tcount value is greater than the ttable value (2.966 ˃ 2.447) and the sig. greater than alpha (0.041 ˂ 0.05), thus the first hypothesis is accepted. For the test results on the personnel expenditure variable (X2) shows that it has no significant negative effect on the Regional Original Income of Papua Province, because the tcount is smaller than the ttable value 4.795˃2.447) and the sig. greater than alpha (0.009 ˂ 0.05) Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah belanja modal dan belanja pegawai secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh pada PAD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika belanja modal (X 1 ) dan belanja pegawai (X 2 ) nilainya sama dengan 0, maka Pendapatan Asli Daerah (Y) akan mengalami penurunan. , besarnya nilai R adalah 0,928 yang bermakna bahwa semua variabel bebas mempunyai hubungan meskipun hubungan tersebut adalah sangat kuat, dan hal ini di pertegas dengan besarnya nilai dari Adjusted R Squarenya 85,5% variabel belanja modal (X1) dan Belanja Pegawai (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat kuat pada Pendapatan Asli Daerah (Y) yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis. Variabel belanja modal (X 1 ) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah, karena nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (2,966 ˃ 2,447) dan nilai sig. lebih besar dari alfa (0, 041 ˂ 0,05), dengan demikian maka hipotesis pertama diterima. Untuk hasil uji pada variabel belanja pegawai (X 2 ) menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Papua, karena nilai t hitung lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel 4,795˃2,447) dan nilai sig. lebih besar dari alfa (0,009 ˂ 0,05).
