This research uses normative juridical research methods that are prescriptive analysis, with a conceptual approach method to provide solutions to problems that arise, with literature study research instruments as key instrument. The results of this study provide an overview of fve steps to anticipate an economic recession, namely efforts to strengthen the Indonesian economy, revitalize the role of stakeholders, form a task force to coordinate international trade, and the implementation of the Blue Ocean strategy to improve Indonesia's positioning in the international world and fnally, always do the best for the nation and state. This research has also identifed that the existence of the Job Creation Law as the implementation of regulatory reforms, is the foundation and one of the supporting elements of various elements needed by Indonesia to move forward harmoniously to anticipate the impact of the global economic recession on the Indonesian economy, by applying the Blue Ocean Strategy concept adopted through the synergy of all stakeholders in acting so that Indonesia can pass through economic recession well. The conclusion of this study is that by carrying out regulatory reforms, among others, in the form of the Job Creation Law, with support from all parties and by providing the best efforts Indonesia is expected to be able to go through and survive the phase of economic recession in 2023. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya antisipasi resesi ekonomi tahun 2023 yang akan berdampak pada pelemahan ekonomi Indonesia melalui reformasi regulasi dengan Undang-undang Cipta Kerja sebagai instrumen utama. Penelitian ini mempergunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif yang bersifat preskriptif analisis, dengan metode pendekatan konseptual guna memberikan solusi dari permasalahan yang muncul, dengan instrumen penelitian studi kepustakaan sebagai instrumen kunci. Hasil dari penelitian memberikan gambaran lima langkah antisipasi resesi ekonomi, yakni upaya penguatan perekonomian Indonesia, revitalisasi peran para pemangku kepentingan, membentuk task force untuk mengkoordinir perdagangan internasional, dan penerapan strategi Blue Ocean untuk meningkatkan positioning Indonesia di dunia Internasional serta yang terakhir, senantiasa melakukan yang terbaik untuk bangsa dan negara. Penelitian juga telah mengidentifkasikan bahwa keberadaan Undang-undang Cipta Kerja sebagai implementasi reformasi regulasi, menjadi fondasi dan salah satu unsur pendukung dari berbagai elemen yang dibutuhkan Indonesia agar dapat bergerak maju secara harmonis untuk mengantisipasi dampak resesi ekonomi global bagi perekonomian Indonesia, dengan menerapkan konsep Blue Ocean Strategy yang diadopsikan melalui sinegitas seluruh pemangku kepentingan dalam bertindak agar Indonesia dapat melewati resesi ekonomi dengan baik.
