Abstract– The irruption of technology and therefore the consequent technological changes that have arisen in recent decades, motivated the restructuring of the modes of relations in all senses with a new industrial revolution in a world in transformation. This article addresses the issue of the future of work and the future of the technical specialties certification within the framework of a larger investigation that analyzes the case of the CARICET Network of the Technical Specialties Certification Program (trades) of the National Technological University (UTN). in the period 2009-2019 within the Argentine industrial sector, within the framework of a multisectoral articulation. This research has a mixed research design and multiple case study. From a qualitative perspective, the field work was carried out with fluid contact with the key informants of the Technical Specialties Certification Program at a strategic level of the different Regional Faculties that participate in the Network. Different authors are cited that shed light on the future of the work in its different aspects and allow us to analyze the aforementioned device together with its protagonists, the social actors of said program, in each one of the Regional Faculties of the UTN. In this sense, it is intended to determine the way in which the social dialogue of multisectoral actors (workers, the University, companies, the State) manage to articulate and face the technological changes of the work of the future that can impact the certification system of current technical specialties, where each Regional Faculty of the Network is located, manages to satisfy the territorial and individual needs of the different actors, highlighting the workers and their productive knowledge without which said device would not exist.
