For effective management of root-knot nematode experiment was conducted in laboratory condition using the culture filtrate (5, 10 and 20 percent concentrate) of bio-agents (viz., Trichoderma viride, Trichoderma harzianum, Purpureocillium lilacinum, Pochonia chlamydosporia and Pseudomonas fluorescens). Experimental results showed that all the tested bio-agents significantly reduced the percent hatched juveniles and increased the percent mortality Original Research Article
