UPT Akademi Gizi Surabaya adalah perguruan tinggi yang melakukan pendidikan di bidang jurusan gizi. Pada UPT Akademi Gizi Surabaya mahasiswanya untuk melakukan proses pengisian kartu rencana studi (KRS) masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini mengakibatkan pengisian KRS oleh mahasiswa sering mengalami keterlambatan dan kurang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS) berbasis web. Sistem informasi pengolahan Kartu Rencana Studi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Processing Hypertext Programming (PHP) dan menggunakan basis data Mysql. Nantinya mahasiswa hanya perlu mengisi KRS dari HP atau laptop mereka saja. Setelah mahasiswa mengisi KRS, dosen wali langsung bisa menyetutujui atau menolak KRS mahasiswa tersebut. Setelah mendapat persetujuan dosen wali maka mahasiswa hanya perlu mengumpulkan lembar KRS mereka ke bagian akademik. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS) ini kegiatan pengisian KRS oleh mahasiswa Menjadi Lebih efektif. Kata Kunci : Website, Sistem Informasi, Kartu Rencana Studi Abstract The application of information technology in the lecture according to its principle is to assist and facilitate the process in the work activities of lecturers, students and administrative staff in terms of accessing data and information. UPT Nutrition Academy Surabaya is a college which conducts education in the nutrition field. At UPT Nutrition Academy Surabaya, the students in order to do the process of filling the study plan card (KRS) are still done manually. This resulted in the filling process of KRS by students are often experiencing delays and not effective yet. This study aims to create a Processing Information System of Study Plan Card (KRS) Web-Based. The Processing Information System of Study Plan Card is created using the programming language of Processing Hypertext Programming (PHP) and use the Mysql database. Later students only need to fill out the KRS from mobile phone or their laptop. After the students fill out the KRS, their homeroom lecturers can approve or reject their KRS directly. After the approval of the homeroom lecturers, the students only need to collect their KRS sheet into the academic section. The results of this study are expected with the Processing Information System of Study Plan Card (KRS), filling process of the KRS by students become more effective.
