Therefore, in organizing the implementation of the road has a task in maintaining the condition of the road so that it can function properly. This study aims to describe the condition of the road stability, the relationship between the growth in traffic to road conditions and policies highways in regulating the availability of funds for the attainment of steady road conditions. Percentage of steadiness road conditions are very important as an indicator of comfort and road safety. Flatness level road (IRI) This is one service factor (functional performance) of a pavement that is very influential in comfort (riding quality). Based on the results of data processing known tendency (trend) IRI annually y= 6,2856e (-0,08x) where x is the year and y is the IRI. IRI value decreases because the stability of road conditions also improved, meaning that with the increase in the steady state of the year 2011 to the Year 2014, the state also declined IRI / getting better. The tendency (trend) between the IRI and the stability of the road is y = 1,0497 e -0,036x , where x is the IRI and y is the stability of the road. The traffic growth (i) increased an average of 6.56% per year. The tendency (trend) increase in LHR is y= 4558,8 e (0,0645x) ) where x is the year and y is LHR. The tendency (trend) LHR rise to the condition of the road stability y= 0,6319 e (7E -05x) with x and y is AADT is the condition of the road stability. The tendency (trend) between budget allocation and % road stability conditions seen from the equation y = 76,242e (0,0003x) ,with x and y are DIPA is the stability of road conditions.
