ﺳﺎﻝ ﺍﺳﺘﻘﻼﻝ،۲۹ ﺷﻤ، ﺎﺭﺓ١ ، ﺑﻬﺎﺭ١٣٨٩ ) ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﺩﺭ ﭘﻴﺸﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ( ٢١ ﺣﺮﺍﺭﺗﻲ ﭘﺎﺷﺶ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﭘﻴﻮﺳﺘﺔ ﺍﻛﺴﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﻭﻣﺖ ﺍﺭﺯﻳﺎﺑﻲMo-Si-B ﻛﺮﺑﻨﻲ ﺳﺎﺩﺓ ﻓﻮﻻﺩ ﺭﻭﻱ ﺳﻌﻴﺪﺭﺿﺎ ﺑﺨﺸﻲ * ﺻﺎﻟﺤﻲ ﻣﻬﺪﻱ، ** ﺍﺩﺭﻳﺲ ﺣﺴﻴﻦ، *** ﻏﻼﻡ ﺑﺮﻫﺎﻧﻲ ﺣﺴﻴﻦ * ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﻜﺪﻩ ﺍﺻﻔﻬﺎﻥ ﺍﺷﺘﺮ ﻣﺎﻟﻚ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﻜﺪﻩ، ﺍﺻﻔﻬﺎﻥ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ) ﻣﻘﺎ ﺩﺭﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﻟﻪ: ١٥ / ١٠ / ١٣٨٧ - ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ ﻧﺴﺨﻪ ﺩﺭﻳﺎﻓﺖ: ٣١ / ١ / ١٣٨٩ ( ﭼﻜﻴﺪﻩ- ﭘﻮﺩﺭﻱ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﺍﻳﻦ ﺩﺭB ۱۰ - Si ۱۴ - Mo ۷۶ B ۱۰ - Si ۵۷ - Mo ۳۳ ) ﺍﺗﻤﻲ ﺩﺭﺻﺪ ﺑﺮﺣﺴﺐ( ﺁﻟﻴﺎﮊﺳـﺎﺯﻱ ﺳﺎﻳـﺸﻲ ﺁﺳﻴﺎﺏ ﻛﻤﻚ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻲ. ﺑﻴﻦ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎﺕ ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ ﻣﻨﻈﻮﺭ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻪ ﭘﻮﺩﺭﻫﺎﻱ ﻓﻠﺰﻱ، ﭘﻮﺩﺭﻫﺎﻱ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﺣﺮﺍﺭﺗﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ ﺁﻣﺪﻩ ﺩﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﭘﻮﺩﺭﻫـﺎﻱ ﺑـﺎ ﻫﻤﺮﺍﻩ ﺁﻣﺪﻩ ﺩﺳﺖ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﺑﺪﻭﻥ ﺯﻳﺮﻻﻳﻪ ﺭﻭﻱ ﭘﻼﺳﻤﺎﻳﻲ ﺭﻭﺵ ﻛﻤﻚ ﺑﻪ ﺁﮔﻠﻮﻣﺮﺍﺳﻴﻮﻥ، ﺍﺯ ﭘﺲ ﻓﻠﺰﻱ، ﺷـﺪﻧﺪ ﺣﺮﺍﺭﺗﻲ ﭘﺎﺷﺶ ﻛﺮﺑﻨﻲ ﺳﺎﺩﻩ ﻓﻮﻻﺩ ﺍﺯ ﻫﺎﻳﻲ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ ﻫـﺎﻱ ﻭﺯﻥ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎﻥ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﭘﻴﻮﺳﺘﻪ ﺍﻛﺴﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺮﺍﻳﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ، ﺑﺎ ﻫﻤﺮﺍﻩ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺑﺪﻭﻥ ﺷﺮﺍﻳﻂ ﺩﺭ ﻓﻮﻻﺩﻱ ﺷـﺪ ﺛﺒﺖ ﻧﻬﺎ. ﺧـﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎﺕ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﺍﻳﻜﺲ ﭘﺮﺗﻮ ﭘﺮﺍﺵ ﺭﻭﺑﺸﻲ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻲ ﻣﻴﻜﺮﻭﺳﻜﻮﭖ ﻛﻤﻚ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻛﺴﻴﺪﻱ ﻻﻳﻪ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﭘﻮﺩﺭﻫﺎ، ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎﺭﻱ ﻓﺎﺯﻱ. ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺍﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﺑﺎ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺍﺩ ﻧﺸﺎﻥMo-Si-B ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎﺕ ﺣﺎﻭﻱMoSi 2 ، Mo 5 Si 3 ، MoB ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐMo 5 SiB 2 ﻗﺎ ﻃـﻮﺭ ﺑـﻪ ﻓﻮﻻﺩ ﺍﻛﺴﺎﻳﺶ ﻧﺮﺥ، ﺗـﻮﺟﻬﻲ ﺑـﻞ ﺍﻛﺴﺎﻳ ﻓﺮﺍﻳﻨﺪ ﺍﺯ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺭﺍ ﺧﺎﺻﻲ ﺗﻔﺎﻭﺕ ﻓﻮﻻﺩ، ﺭﻭﻱ ﺍﻋﻤﺎﻟﻲ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎﺕ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ، ﺍﻳﻜﺲ ﭘﺮﺗﻮ ﭘﺮﺍﺵ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻧـﺸﺎﻥ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺍﺯ ﻧﻤﻲ ﺩﻫﻨﺪ. ﺁﻥ ﺿﻤﻦ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﻛﻪMo-Si-B ﺑﻴﻦ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎﺕ ﻓﺎﻗﺪ ﻧﺪﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻛﺴﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺮﺍﻳﻨﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﻲ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻓﻮﻕ، ﻓﻠﺰﻱ. ﻭﺍﮊﮔﺎﻥ ﻛﻠﻴﺪﻱ: ﻣﻮﻟﻴﺒﺪﻥ، ﺳﻴﻠﻴﺴﺎﻳﺪﻫﺎﻱ ﺑﺎﻻ، ﺩﻣﺎﻱ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻛﺴﺎﻳﺶ ﺣﺮﺍﺭﺗﻲ، ﭘﺎﺷﺶ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻲ، ﺁﻟﻴﺎﮊﺳﺎﺯﻱMo-Si-B Isothermal oxidation behavior of plasma-sprayed Mo-Si-B intermetallic coatings on plain steel S.
