ARQUITETURA DA INFORMAÇÃO E PRINCIPIOS DE USABILIDADE: PROPOSTA DE UM MODELO DE ANÁLISE E DESENVOLVIMENTO PARA WEBSITES DE TURISMO LGBTQ. Email: jjeanfernandes@gmail.com matiaas97@gmail.com Jean Fernandes Brito, Márcio Matias Resumo A proposta geral dessa pesquisa é propor um modelo de análise e desenvolvimento para websites de turismo LGBTQ com base das abordagens teóricas da Arquitetura da Informação e os princípios de usabilidade. A pesquisa tem como base as abordagens do método quadripolar, interagindo-se com os polos teórico, epistemológico, técnico e morfológico. Para a análise do objeto de estudo e o alcance dos resultados esperados, serão analisados os elementos da Arquitetura da Informação e de usabilidades em sete websites de turismo LGBTQ. Por meio do pré-teste notamos que os websites carecem de um sistema de rotulagem e de navegação capaz de estruturar as mensagens a serem disseminadas, com o uso adequado da convergência de linguagens e da Arquitetura da Informação. Como resultado da análise bibliográfica infere-se que os estudos em Arquitetura da Informação têm indicado que, se o projeto de construção de um ambiente digital é sistematizado a partir dos aparatos teóricos e práticos da Arquitetura da Informação, maiores serão a eficiência e eficácia no uso das informações. Conclui-se que a utilização de ambientes informacionais digitais para a disponibilização de informações turísticas para o público LGBT torna-se relevante, tendo em vista seu caráter informativo e a maior aproximação da instituição com seus usuários a partir desse ambiente colaborativo. Turismo LGBTQ Abstract The general proposal of this research propose a model of analysis and development for LGBTQ tourism websites based on the theoretical approaches of Information Architecture and the principles of usabilidae. The research is based on the approaches of the quadripolar method, interacting with the theoretical, epistemological, technical and morphological poles. For the analysis of the object of study and the achievement of the expected results, the elements of the Information Architecture and usability tests will be analyzed in seven LGBTQ tourism websites. Through the pretest we noticed that the LGBT Travel website lacks a labeling system and navigation capable of structuring the messages to be disseminated, with the adequate use of the convergence of languages and Information Architecture. As results of the bibliographic analysis, it is inferred that the studies in Information Architecture have indicated that, if the design of a digital environment is systematized from the theoretical and practical apparatuses of the Information Architecture, the greater the efficiency and effectiveness in the use of information. It is concluded that the use of digital information environments for the provision of tourist information to the LGBT public becomes relevant, due to its informative character and the greater approximation of the institution with its users from this collaborative environment.
