Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan IUFD pada ibu bersalin RSUD Hasanuddin Damrah Manna. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Survey Analitik dengan desain Case Control. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu melahirkan yang tercatat dalam rekam medik tahun 2020 sebanyak 1083 ibu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sampel kasus dan sampel kontrol dengan perbandingan 1:1. Sampel kasus adalah semua ibu yang mengalami IUFD sebanyak 17 ibu dan sampel kontrol adalah ibu yang tidak mengalami IUFD sebanyak 17 ibu. Teknik pengambilan sampel kasus secara Total Sampling dan sampel kontrol secara Systematic Random Sampling. Jenis data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden dengan umur tidak berisiko sebanyak 21 ibu (61,8%), paritas tidak berisiko sebanyak 21 ibu (61,8%), penyakit/penyulit kehamilan tidak berisiko sebanyak 23 ibu (67,6%) dan dengan IUFD sebanyak 17 ibu (50,0%). Ada hubungan antara umur, paritas dan penyakit/penyulit kehamilan dengan kejadian IUFD pada ibu bersalin di RSUD Hasanuddin Damrah Manna. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk dapat melakukan upaya skrining terhadap faktor risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi kejadian IUFD pada ibu hamil. ABSTRACT Intra Uterine Fetal Death (IUFD) is one of the causes of perinatal death which contributes to the Infant Mortality Rate (IUF) in Indonesia. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with IUFD in maternity mothers at RSUD Hasanuddin Damrah Manna. The type of research used was Analytical Survey with Case Control design. The population of this study was all mothers who gave birth recorded in the medical records in 2020 as many as 1083 mothers. The sample of this study was the case sample and control sample with a ratio of 1:1. The case samples were all 17 mothers who experienced IUFD and the control samplse were 17 mothers who did not experience IUFD. The sampling technique of the cases was Total Sampling and the control was Systematic Random Sampling. The types of data were primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that respondents with age not at risk were 21 mothers (61.8%), parity not at risk were 21 mothers (61.8%), disease/complications of pregnancy were not at risk as many as 23 mothers (67.6%) and with IUFD as many as 17 mothers (50.0%). There was a relationship between age, parity and disease/complications of pregnancy with the incidence of IUFD in women giving birth at RSUD Hasanuddin Damrah Manna. It is hoped that health workers will be able to carry out screening efforts for risk factors that can affect the incidence of IUFD in pregnant women.
